The infant and toddler years are rich with opportunities for growth and learning. The child is eager to discover both him/herself and the world around them. As the child bonds with their caregivers, even the simplest of activities become excellent learning opportunities. Daily routines help the child gain confidence in him/herself and their world.
The toddler curriculum is a beginning introduction to the preschool experience ensuring a strong start to each child’s educational experience.
The children focus on language development, fine motor skills, gross motor skills through both indoor and outdoor play, beginning phonemic awareness, exploring the environment, and music and movement. The toddler teacher utilizes weekly themes with activities coordinated through specific lesson plans.
